When one of the operator buttons (,-,,) is pressed, the value in the input box at the top should change to 0.Then prompt boxes show up asking how many toonies you have (if the user selected toonies) and it does that for each one that has been checked marked.I know its simple but I cannot figure this out for the life of me It driving me bonkers, and I really dont want to fail.
![]() Change Calculator Javascript How To Simultaneously CheckuncheckHeres my code. Currently, I just have the text changing - I dont know how to simultaneously checkuncheck checkboxes. At the moment - the price box starts with a blank box but is essentially 0. Then, as the user select an option, the price appears and then starts to calculate when more than 1 is pressed. All I want to do is have the price start at 300 instead of a blank box or 0. I have tried a variety of ways to achieve it and seem to be missing something I am pretty new to JS although do have a basic understanding. Example: When a point moves on the triangle it changes the cost quality and time. Ive gone through the W3c tutorials entirely 3 times now and still, nothing is clicking mentally. Generally I do better if I can reverse engineer already written code but I cant find anything similar enough to this on the net to figure it out. The assignment is to create a grade averages calculator as seen in this pictu Along with this starter code. ![]() How would I incorporate multiple methods such as subtraction or multiplication though Basically Im confident I the ability to code or learn to make this calculator, just have no idea how to set this up, thanks. Change Calculator Javascript Plus Or MinusI built it so that you hit the first number, then you would hit a plus or minus then the second number. The problem is just getting the buttons to define variables and run functions. For now Im just setting it equal to something so I dont have to mess with it. The script itself I got from the JS Source, and modified it myself a bit so that instead of the user inputting their DOB via a prompt box, it could be entered via dropdown lists. For some reason, the result always (or at least, thats what it looks like to me) appears to be the array index element of 4, i.e. Friday. Not really sure why this is, but no matter what date is entered out of the example dates shown below in the HTML, the result is always Friday. Double-checked on another similiar calculator script online, and sure enough, the results are wrong. So any help from Old PedantPhilip M, or whoever else on the forum has the patience to help me, would be much appreciated. Input your date of birth, and click the Go button to find out what day of the week you were born on. I dont know if anyone can help me with this Each numeric button should change the input box up at the top to whatever.
